French Cuisine 101 (Grades: 6-8)

Come cook and indulge in French cuisine with Ms. Tynes and Ms. Johnson. Students will dish up delicious desserts like crêpes to savory dishes like ratatouille. Bon appétit!

Cooking up Culture! (Grades: 2-5)
with Bailey Nixon

Are you interested in learning about new cultures? Do you love to cook? If so, this class is perfect for you! In "Cooking Up Culture", we will explore the customs and food in cultures around the world. Throughout the week, we will build a cultural cookbook and will cook and share the meals we have researched with one another. Together, we will grow, learn a lot, and fill our bellies with new foods!

Cake Decorating (Grades: 9-11)

This course is an introduction to the basic art of frosting and decorating a cake. Topics include familiarization with cake decorating tools, bags, tips and an exploration into different styles of cakes. Students will practice basic border techniques and decorative piping.
